Woman who accused Uttarakhand official of rape sent to jail

A woman, who had accused senior bureaucrat J P Joshi of raping her after promising her a job, on Friday surrendered in a local court in connection with a blackmailing case lodged against her and three others by the suspended official, currently in jail.
