A delegation of Kashmiri Pandits on Sunday submitted a memorandum to Narendra Modi seeking their return to the Valley even as Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said efforts should be "redoubled" for their safe and dignified rehabilitation.
