Mizoram Chief Minister Lal Thanhawla on Thursday allocated portfolios to the Parliamentary Secretaries who were sworn-in by him yesterday.

As per the bill the parliamentary secretary meant a member of the West Bengal assembly appointed to the post under the proposed act by the chief minister.
