BCCI`s IPL spot fixing:Justice Chouta says won`t comment till committee is complete

Justice (retired) T. Jayaram Chouta, who has been appointed by the Board of Control for Cricket of India (BCCI) to head a commission of inquiry to look into spot fixing allegations in the sixth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL), said Monday that he could not and would not comment on the issue till the membership of the committee is complete.

Justice T. Jayaram Chouta, who was appointed as one of the members of inquiry commission to investigate the IPL spot-fixing scandal, on Saturday said it is left to the BCCI to appoint some other person following Sanjay Jagdale`s decision to step down from his post and out of the probe panel.
