Northeast India's fifth software technology park in Tripura

The Tripura government, supported by the Software Technology Park of India (STPI), is setting up a Software Technology Park(STP) to boost information technology in northeast India and to reach out to people of rural and remote areas with e-governance.

A Software Technology Park would be set up in Mizoram and the work would begin as soon as the state government allots land, Union Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology Sachin Pilot said today.
