Dewan Housing takes 50% stake each in Pramerica AMCs

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation (DHFL) on Tuesday said it has acquired 50 percent stake in Pramerica Asset Managers Private (PAMC) and Pramerica Trustees Private (PTC).

DLF completes sale of 74% stake in life insurance JV to DHFL

In July this year, DLF had announced exit from the life insurance business by selling its entire 74 percent stake in the JV with US insurance giant Prudential Financial. The JV was announced in 2007 and started operation in September 2008.
