The Lumia 625 carries the same design language as the Lumia 620 while feeling a little sleeker and obviously much larger. To maintain the ubiquity across its mid rangers, Nokia has kept the form factor same and used polycarbonate plastic to define the chassis. The placement of keys remains the same too.
