Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has set aside any speculation about him being in the race for the top slot. In a categorical assertion, he steered completely clear of the race while declaring himself to be “junior” not only to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi but also his party Chief Minister in Chhattisgarh.
