Ranchi: Jharkhand Governor Syed Ahmed on Thursday announced five crore rupees as relief measures for the affected people of rain-ravaged Uttarakhand.
Expressing sorrow at the natural calamity, the governor wished safety of all people in Uttarakhand, according to an official release here.
