Madurai: Three Sri Lankan Tamil refugees were on Monday arrested after 44 kg of ganja, valued at about Rs 44 lakh, was allegedly seized from them, police said.
They planned to smuggle the ganja to Sri Lanka from Mandapam Coast here, police said.
Police said the three had formed a network to procure Ganja from Theni and Andhra Pradesh.
