Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa Tuesday dropped one minister from her cabinet, a day after she rejigged her ministry dropping three ministers and inducting three new faces.
According to a statement from the Raj Bhavan, Governor K Rosaiah has accepted Jayalalithaa's recommendation to drop Labour Minister KP Munusamy.
P Mohan, minister for rural industries, will hold additional charge of the labour portfolio and be redesignated as minister for rural industries and labour, the statement said.
