Low intensity blast at food stall in Kolhapur, one injured

A roadside vendor suffered minor injuries in a low-intensity blast on the outskirts of Kolhapur town in western Maharashtra on Saturday night, police said. The explosion occurred near a food cart close to Shahu toll plaza, a senior police officer said in Mumbai.
