London: One Direction member Liam Payne reportedly splashed out 1.2 million pounds on a bottle of champagne for his friend`s 24th birthday.
Payne, who took home USD 5 million in earnings last year, treated his rapper friend, Wizkid, to the world`s most expensive champagne - Taste of Diamonds - at London`s Funky Buddha nightclub, reported Contactmusic.
In a snap posted on Twitter by luxury designer, Alexander Amosu, the 19-year-old singer can be seen flaunting the famous champagne.
The designer wrote, "wizkidayo & Liam (one direction) enjoying taste of diamonds @goutdediamants at his birthday party. Launching in NIGERIA end of this month with this Swarovski Diamond bottle edition (sic)."
