Los Angeles: British rock band Coldplay frontman Chris Martin has reportedly spent a huge amount for one-of-a-kind design by famed street artist Banksy at a fundraiser for Haiti earthquake victims.
Martin bought a picture by street artist Banksy for 400,000 pounds at actor Sean Penn`s Haiti Home Gala charity event on Jan 11, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
He was accompanied by his actress-wife Gwyneth Paltrow at the high-profile event held here.
