London: Actress Goldie Hawn has explored her creative side by designing a candle for charity.
The 66-year-old has teamed up with experts at Max Benjamin to create the item, named Calm candle, which features a blend of lavender oils with three wicks, reports dailystar.co.uk.
A portion of the proceeds from the sales will benefit the actress`s charity The Hawn Foundation, which works to teach social and emotional skills to children.
"I created this candle to give something beautiful to people. I chose the name `Calm` because a calm environment means less stress and anxiety. Knowing that scents have powerful effects on the brain, I chose lavender for the sense of well-being it engenders," she said.
