Los Angeles: Singers Selena Gomez and Justin Timberlake are the latest on the list of victims of celebrity swatting.
A 911 call was received informing about violent threats at Gomez`s house Friday.
The caller told that her father shot her mother with a gun and that her father was threatening to burn down the house, reports aceshowbiz.com.
The call was received a few hours after the false information about a break-in at Timberlake`s residence.
At Timberlake`s house, the caller said that four black males broke into the house and two shots were fired. The intruders then took off after leaving a box with red blinking lights.
The Los Angeles Police Department left for both places, but eventually found nothing.
The swatting pranks targeting Hollywood celebrities started to happen a lot since last year. Gomez and Timberlake joined the list a day after a swat call targeted Rihanna.
