Mumbai, Dec 01: Bollywood’s famous couple Ajay and Kajol Devgan have come down heavily on the terror-attacks that created havoc in Mumbai. Reacting strongly, the couple expressed their condolences to the families that have lost their loved ones.
Giving out a response to the catastrophe, the duo gushed, "If there is any religion that should be wiped off this earth, it is terrorism. However, each religion is trying to wipe the other out. Terrorism has no god besides terror and this religion has the most fanatic followers.”
Devgans also expressed their gratitude to the brave security men for acting as saviours.
"A salute and hats-off to our armed forces who have showed such courage and made us believe in heroes all over again. We pay our tributes to the able officers who have laid down their lives so that we can sit safe in our house today," they said.
The attack on Mumbai has left the couple disappointed to the hilt as the two maintain that it was impossible to fight such fanaticism. According to them, “The crisis is over. At least that`s what we would like to believe till the next one crops up, which could be tomorrow, day-after, today or even right now.”
Ajay and Kajol think that the least our countrymen can do is not forget the episode and move on since one can’t just forget everything on the pretext of ‘life must go on’.
