Los Angeles: Actor Leonardo DiCaprio says his movie "The Wolf of Wall Street" was like an organised chaos.
The 39-year-old says director Martin Scorsese created the organised chaos deliberately to help the cast explore their characters more, reports contactmusic.com.
"Martin Scorsese really created this set in a really specific way, it was like organised chaos. So, we were all kind of living in a giant bosch painting," said DiCaprio.
"It was like the modern day Roman empire...we wanted to make a portrait of our culture today. So, it`s really thanks to him and this character really took on the life of its own," he added.
DiCaprio has been nominated in the best actor in a leading role category at the 86th Academy Awards and will be up against Matthew McConaughey, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Christian Bale and Bruce Dern.
