Lara Dutta is one of the most gifted actresses in Bollywood. She is the ideal combination of beauty with brains. Lara stared her career as a model and then later ventured into films after wining the prestigious Miss Universe title in 2000.
Dutta was born in a Punjabi family. Her father is Wing Commander L.K. Dutta (retired) and her mother is of Scottish origin. She completed high school from St.Francis Xavier Girls` High School and graduated in Economics with a minor in communications from University of Mumbai
