Try out this cheesy sauce.
Ingredients-
- 1 big full cauliflower
-4 tablespoon butter
-4 tablespoon flour
-1 ½ cups grated cheddar cheese
-1/2 teaspoon salt
Procedure-
-Cook the cauliflower with water in a pot for few minutes.
-Put the butter in a non-stick frying pan and stir it with the flour. Add salt and cheese and stir until cheese melts.
-Place the cauliflower on a platter and drizzle with the cheese sauce.
