Cheese n` pepper chicken

Ingredients:


250 gms chicken breasts
100 gms cheese cubes(grated)
2 tsp pepper powder
4 tsp tomato ketchup
1 cup bread crumbs
3 eggs
Salt to taste
2 tsp parsley
Oil for deep frying
1 green chilly finely chopped

Procedure:

Poke chicken with a fork. Marinate in pepper, ketchup, and salt and refrigerate for three hours. Beat eggs in a bowl, add parsley, chilly and salt. Dip chicken in eggs, roll first in grated cheese and then in bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown. Serve with green chutney.
