Ingredients:
Soybean (250gms),
onion (100gms),
ginger (Julian cut),
garlic paste-1/2tsp(optional),
1 green capsicum. Cut into dices,
1red capsicum, cut into dices,
2red fresh chilies, sliced,
green chillies-2, sliced,
spring onion-2 (finely chopped),
salt (and pepper to taste,
ajinomoto-1/4tsp,,
oil for frying,
Soya sauce (4-5 tablespoon),
red chilly sauce-1tsp,
tomato ketchup-2tbsp,
corn flour, 1tbsp,
1tsp honey.
Procedure:
Soak soybeans for 4to 5 hours. Boil in pressure cooker with enough water and salt till done.
Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry for two minutes. Add both the capsicum dices, both the fresh sliced chillies, and the seasoning, Soya sauce, ajinomoto, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Dissolve cornflour in a little water to a smooth paste and add in the pan. Stir till it turns glossy. Add the boiled soya bean, spring onion, tomato ketchup, red chilly sauce- and honey and cook for two minutes. Serve hot
