Washington: Socialite Kim Kardashian has been slapped with defamation lawsuit by the man behind ‘Dr. Siegel`s Cookie Diet’.
Dr. Sanford Siegel has claimed that the reality star defamed him by calling the Cookie Diet ‘unhealthy’ on her Twitter page, reports a website.
In the suit, he has alleged that Kim had "commercial motive" for the attack because she’s a spokesperson for a rival weight-loss program, QuickTrim.
The Cookie Doc is suing Kardashian for unspecified damages.
