Try out this Navratra special recipe.

Ingredients

Kuttu ka atta – 250 gms
Sendha namak to taste
Palak julienne – 50 gms
Chop green chili – 10 gms
Fresh green coriander – 05 gms
Yogurt – 400 ml
Turmeric – 15 gms
Red chilly whole – 05 gms
Fresh coriander – 20 gms

Method:

Make a batter with kuttu atta, Julienne of palak, chop coriander, sendha namak and chop green chili.

Make the dumplings from the batter and deep-fry it.

Whisk yogurt and kuttu atta, turmeric powder add water and keep aside.

Heat up pan add yogurt mixture and boil it, allow it to simmer for some time.

Check the thickness of the simmered yogurt mixture and simmer dumplings in it.

Add fried red chili whole.

Check the seasoning.

Serve hot with swang rice.
