Include this yummy baked delight in your Christmas menu.
Ingredients:
Egg 3 nos.
Bacon 15gms
Chicken Ham 15gms
Chicken Sausage 15gms
Green Pepper 10gms
Onion 10gms
Tomato 10gms
Oil 15gms
Tossed Salad 60gms
Garlic Bread 2 Slices
Vinegar Dressing 15ml
Salt To taste
Procedure:
·Cut all the ingredients in dices and keep aside.
·Break three eggs in bowl, add salt and beat the eggs well.
·Place a pan on fire (medium flame). Pour some oil and add onion and bacon. Sauté well.
·Add all the other ingredients and sauté again.
·Mix beaten egg and cook like a half done scramble.
·Pour in a pie dish and bake to golden brown in an oven.
·Take a platter. Arrange the salad.
·Take two slices of garlic bread and toast it.
·Arrange the slices in the platter along with the pie and serve hot.
