Mixed Veg Extravaganza

Nay friends, this dish is not anywhere near Navratan Korma in taste. Rather it is a less spicy variety of party stuff, which can comfortably be included in everyday menu too.

Ingredients:

1 onion chopped
2 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp ginger paste
½ cup groundnut paste
½ cup chopped beans
½ cup chopped potatoes
½ cup peas
½ chopped cauliflower
1 tsp pepper powder
3 tsp clarified butter or ghee
1 tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp chopped green chilly
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp fresh cream (optional)
1 cup milk
Salt to taste

Procedure:

Boil beans, potatoes, peas and cauliflower and keep aside. Saute onions in butter. Add chilly, ginger, garlic paste, vegetables and cook till slightly brown. Now put all the spices, salt, tomato sauce and groundnut paste and fry further. Pour milk when the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan. Cook for 5 minutes on high flame. Now add cream and serve hot.
