Ingredients:
Sliced paneer 200 gms
Salt ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder pinch
Oil 2 tbsp
Spring onions chopped 100 gms
Mushrooms chopped 100 gms
Processed cheese 50 gms
Shahi jeera ¼ tsp
Jeera pwd ¼ tsp
Red chillies pwd ¼ tsp
Kasturi methi pwd ¼ tsp
Green chillies chopped 1-2 no
Besan 20 gms
Batter:
Yogurt 100 gms
Kashmiri red chillies ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Jeera pwd ½ tsp
Kasoori methi ½ tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Procdeure:Take sliced paneer and marinade with salt and red chilli powder.
Pour oil in a frying pan and add shahi, jeera, add chopped mushroom and spring onions. Add all dry spices and cook for some time. Remove from fire and let it cool. Add processed cheese.
Make a batter with dry spices, oil and yogurt add cream.
Stuff the mixture of mushroom and spring onions in paneer slices and roll it. Bind the corners and the sides with besan paste.
Apply the thick batter on paneer roll and cook and colour it in the tandoor or oven.
