Try out this exotic mutton preparation at home and relish the unmatched taste.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg meat
1 cup curd
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp black pepper powder
2-3 powdered cloves
2 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp coriander powder
Procedure:
Clean the mutton and mix all ingredients to it except oil. Allow it to marinate it for 2-3 hours. Grease a baking tray, put the meat pieces in it and pour the melted ghee over it. Bake it at 200 degrees for one hour.Check by inserting a skewer. Serve with onion rings and lemon.
