Palak Kofta Curry

Try out this simple Indian food recipe.

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese – 400 gms
Potato - 100 gms
Swang rice power - 40 gms
Chop green chili – 10 gms
Fresh coriander - 50 gms
Sendha namak to taste
Ghee - 60 ml
Cumin - 05 gms
Spinach puree – 720 gms
Cream – 100 ml

Procedure

Grate cottage cheese and boiled potatoes add sendha namak, swang rice powder mix them and keep aside.

Make smooth dough and keep aside.

Now make equal size balls from cottage cheese mixture and deep fry it till golden brown.

Heat up ghee in a pan fry cumin seeds add chop tomatoes, cook for some time and add spinach puree.

On a slow fire cook till consistency comes.

Add fresh cream and coriander.

Remove from fire and pour on top of fried kofta.

Garnish with dash of cream, and greated cheese.
