Paneer Lavang Latika

Enjoy this lip smacking Paneer dish.

Ingredients:

1kg Paneer

10gm Ginger Chopped

15gm Coriander Chopped

20gm Green Chili Chopped

100gm Khoya

03gm Garam Masala

500gm Tomato

08gm Red Chilli Pwd

20gm Honey

40gm Kasuri Methi

25ml Cream

50gm Butter

10no Cloves

03gm Clove Powder

Salt to taste

Procedure

1. Cut Paneer Into Thin Slices And Roll With The Stuffing Of Khoya, Chopped Green Chilli ,Ginger, Coriander, Pwd Salt . Stud With Cloves
2. Put tomatoes for boiling adding little water, red chilli pwd whole, salt. Puree the tomatoes and cook it for boiling till oil comes on top, season the Gravy.
3. Add Clove Pwd to the Gravy.
4. Add Paneer into the Gravy and finish with Cream and Kasuri Methi.
