Posh to stick to '3-bite rule' at X-mas

London: Former Spice Girls member Victoria Beckham has vowed to stick to her “three-bite rule” at Christmas dinner.

Posh, 35, is said to have even told pals that the thought of eating turkey and all the trimmings puts her in a panic, and some have revealed she would “have a heart attack” if she had to eat the lot.

The singer, her husband David, 34, and their three sons are spending Christmas Day with chef Gordon Ramsay, 43.

According to Closer magazine, a source revealed that Posh is even considering asking Ramsay to make her steamed turkey or sea bass and vegetables instead.

“She’ll join everyone tucking into the feast, but will only have three bites,” the Daily Star quoted the source as saying.

But Posh’s spokeswoman Jo Milloy has said that the rumours about her “three-bite rule” were “utter nonsense”.
