Recipe: Aam Lassi Slush

Enjoy the goodness of this refreshing drink!

Ingredients:
Alphonso Mangoes, 2
Sugar, 4 tablespoon
Curd, 1 cup
Mint Leaves (finely chopped), 1 tablespoon
Fresh Mint Leaves, 4 to 5
Ice Cubes, 6 to 8

Procedure:
Peel the skin of the mangoes and cut them into small pieces.
Blend the curd and mango pieces with the sugar and mint leaves in a mixer. Continue till the mixture is a smooth puree.
Refrigerate the puree for about 4 to 5 hours.
After about 4-5 hours, blend the mixture it to a smooth liquid.
Put the juice in a serving glass. Add about 2 to 3 ice cubes and garnish the drink with fresh mint leaves.
