Ingredients: 5 boiled and cubed potatoes
½ cup almonds
½ cup roasted peanuts
½ cup butter
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Procedure:
Grind coarsely almonds and peanuts. Heat butter in a heavy bottomed pan. When it becomes sufficiently hot add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, garam masala salt and then nuts. Sauté for a while. Now add the potatoes and fry till they become golden brown. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
