Recipe: Amla ka Achaar

Taste the delicious `Achaar`.

Ingredients

Fresh green amla 200 gm Mustard oil 50 gm
Kalonji 5 gm
Hing 2 gm
Coriander seed 5 gm
Jeera white whole 5 gm Methi seed 5 gm
Cooking saunf 5 gm Haldi powder 10 gm Red chilli powder 20 gm Red chilly whole 5
Mustard seed 5 gm
Procedure
Wash wipe deseed and cut into four. Keep the amla in sun light for two days or roast in the oven for 1/2 an hour

Dry roast all the masala except haldi red chilli and hing.

Use grinder, grind half crossly, mix grind Masala in the amla and half masala and haldi and red chilli.

Heat oil, add heeng and half roast masala and add this tadka into amla and mix it nicely. Cover it and leave it for two to three days in the sunlight.
