Ingredients: Rani pineapple 300 gm
Sugar 250 gm
Rice 250 gm
Gr. Cardmom powder 5 gm
Saffron 0.5 gm
Deshi ghee 50 gm
Clove 2 gm
Green cardmom 2 gm
Kewra water 1 ml
Khoya pindi 50 gm
Procedure Make thick sugar syrup in a heavy bottom sauce pan.
Boil rice with saffron, clove and green cardmom. Strain the leftover water.
Take another handi add boiled rice, dices of pineapple and pour suger syrup in it and sprinkle green cardmom powder and khoya.
After that cover it with lid and slow heat for 15min.
