Recipe: Bhajiyas

Ingredients

1 Cucumber
1 Onion
1 Potato
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
1 small Gourd
½ cup Rice Flour
1-½ cup Gram Flour
8-10 Ajwain Leaves
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
½ tsp Turmeric Powder

How to make Bhajias

Cut the vegetables but dp not slice them too thick or too thin.
Mix rice flour, gram flour, salt, cumin seeds, and turmeric powder in a bowl. Add enough water to make a batter of thick consistency.
Heat the oil in a pan. When oil gets heated, add a tablespoon of it to the batter and mix it the ingredients well.
Dip the vegetables slice by slice and slide into the hot oil. Fry on medium heat till golden brown.
Bhajias are ready to eat. Serve hot with tomato sauce, red or green chutney.
