Recipe: Butter Chicken

Ingredients:

2 tbsp of olive oil;
150g tomato sauce;
30g single cream;
2 tsp sugar, or to taste;
Salt to taste;
250g boneless chicken cut into small fillets;
¼ tsp dry methi powder;
¼ tsp chat masala;
¼ tsp white pepper;
½ cup of water

Procedure:

Put 2 tbsp of olive oil into a pan and heat. Add tomato sauce, single cream, sugar, salt, dry methi, chat masala, white pepper and a ½ cup of water. Cook until it starts to boil then add the chicken. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
