Try out this healthy, easy to make Mediterranean salad recipe.
Ingredients:
• 5 Carrots (grated)
• 2-3 Apples (chopped)
• A bunch of Celery (chopped)
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
• ½ cup Raisins
• ½ cup Vanilla Yogurt
• ½ cup Walnuts (chopped)
• 1 tbsp Cinnamon (ground)
Procedure:• Add together carrots, apples, celery, raisins and walnuts in a large bowl.
• Add vanilla yoghurt and mix well.
• Add lemon juice and cinnamon. Mix well till the ingredients are evenly blended.
• Refrigerate for 2 hours.
• Serve.
