Recipe: Chicken Pulao

Enjoy your evening with this lip smacking pulao on your table.

Ingredients:

1/2 kg pieces of chicken
2 cups long grain rice
1 cup coconut milk
2 tsp ginger & garlic paste
2 onions (finely chopped)
1/2 cup curd
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 bunch mint leaves
3 tsp ghee
Few corns clove
Small stick cinnamon
Few green cardamoms
Salt to taste

Procedure:

Heat ghee.
Add chopped onions and fry till golden.
Add ginger garlic paste, cardamom, cinnamon, chilly powder, beaten curd and chicken pieces.
Let it boil for a while.
Add washed rice, salt and mint leaves and enough water.
Cover it with a thick lid in a medium flame.
Open the lid and garnish with fried dry fruits.
