With an easy to make recipe, savour the taste of this mouth watering chicken delicasy.
Ingredients
Chicken 150gm Dice in small pieces
Red capsicum 35gm Diced
Yellow capsicum 35gm Diced
Salt 10 gm
Black Pepper 5gm Crushed
Garlic Aioli 50gm
Refined oil 45ml
Satay sticks 6no
For Aioli
Garlic 30gm Chopped
Olive oil 50ml
Salt To taste
Lemon juice 5 ml
PreparationTake a mixing bowl add dice chicken marinate with salt black pepper and garlic aioli.
Keep aside to rest for 20 mins.
Take a satay stick add a piece of red capsicum along with marinated chicken then repeat the same for three times with different colours of capsicum and make a skewer .
Cook it on a thick bottomed pan for 5 min .
Present it on a plate along with garlic aioli.
Note ( For garlic aioli grind garlic along with olive oil add salt and finish with lemon juice)
