Recipe: Crispy Rice Bhel

Enjoy this crunchy snack.

Ingredients:

1. Basmati Rice 500 Gm
2. Corn Starch 90 Gm
3. Oil to fry
4. Aloo Bhujia 70 Gm
5. Fried Channa Dal 100 Gm
6. Roasted Peanuts 75 Gm
7. Chopped Corriander Leaves 4 Table Spoon
8. Chopped Onions 150 Gm
9. Chopped Ginger 4 Tea Spoon
10. Chopped Green Chilly 2 Tea Spoon
11. Saunth Chutney (Sweet)4 Table Spoon
12. Mint Chutney 4 Table Spoon
13. Black Salt ½ Tea Spoon

Procedure:

1.Boil Basmati Rice In Plenty Of Water With Salt And Cool It.

2. Dust Rice With Corn Flour So That Rice Get Coated Evenly With Corn Starch.

3. Deep Fry The Dusted Rice In Medium Hot Oil Till It Become Crisp.

4. Take Out Crispy Rice In a Mixing Bowl And Add Aloo Bhujia; Fried Channa Dal And Roasted Peanuts To It And Mix Well.

5. Now Add Chopped Coriander Leaves; Onions; Giinger; Onions And Green Chillies, Along With Saunth Chutney; Mint Chutney And Black Salt.

6. Mix Well And Serve.
