Recipe: Cucumber and Buttermilk Soup

A cold tangy soup, refreshing and unique.

Ingredients

5 cucumbers

4 cups scallions

6 cups buttermilk

1 cup cream

2 tbs tarragon

2 tbs lemon juice

1 tbs sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

peel cucumbers,

dice into 1/4 inch dice,

finely chop scallions,

mix every thing together.
