Check out this Idli recipe with a twist.
Ingredients:
8-10 idlis
1 large onion (finely chopped)
2-3 green chillies (sliced)
½ tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp dhaniya powder
½ garam masala
2 tablespoon cooking oil
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander for garnishing
Procedure:Roughly break the idlis into small pieces. Now heat some oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. Once the seeds splutter, add the chopped onion and sliced chillies. Add all the masalas and salt. Once the onion turns transparent, add the idli crumbs and mix well.
