Recipe: Kaju Khumb Curry

Savour this mouth watering delicacy. It`s a treat!

Ingredients
Whole Cashew nut 30 Gms
Ghee 20 Gms
Ginger & Garlic Paste 15 Gms
Salt 2 Gms
Coriander Powder 10 Gms
Jeera Powder 2 Gms
Red Chilly Powder 3 Gms
Yellow Chilly Powder 2 Gms
Curd 20 Gms
Brown Onion Paste 20 Gms
Cashew nut Paste 15 Gms
Mushroom 100 Gms
Mace 1 Gms
Cardamom Powder 1 Gms
Fresh coriander 10 Gms
Ginger julienne 5 Gms

Procedure

Sauté whole cashew nut in ghee with ginger garlic paste.
Add salt, coriander powder, jeera powder, yellow chilly powder, curd, brown onion paste, cashew nut paste & mushroom (blanched & squeezed).
Cook & finish with mace & cardamom powder.
Garnish with chopped coriander and ginger.
