Ingredients:
1 cup coconut gratings
8 Dry red chillies
10 garlic flakes
Some Tamarind
Salt to taste
Method:Roast red chillies in oil in a frying pan, then the coconut gratings and slightly crushed garlic flakes in that order.
Transfer the fried ingredients to a blender, add tamarind, salt and grind to fine dry masala.
