Try out this delicious, easy to make recipe.


Ingredients:

Sole fish - 400gms
Onion - 150gm
Green Chilli - 04
Ginger - 30gms
Coconut milk- 250ml
Tomato - 80 gms
Curry leaf - 10
Coconut oil - 100ml
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt- To taste
Whole Cumin seed (zeera) - ½ teaspoon
Whole Black Pepper - ½ tea spoon

Procedure:

Take a pan and pour coconut oil, when it’s hot sprinkle curry leaf, whole zeera and black pepper. When it cracks then put julian ginger, julian green chilli, dice onion and cook it for 2-3 minutes, just like sauté.

Now put turmeric powder and coconut milk powder and stir it properly to avoid making lumps and cook it for 5-10 minutes.

Now add tomato and serve hot.

Garnish with curry leaf and tomato
