Ingredients: Chicken leg b/l 1 kg
Brown onion paste 200 gm
Cashewnut brown paste 100 gm
Brown garlic paste 50 gm
Red chilly powder 10 gm
Garam masala pwd. 5 gm
Mace and gr.cardmom pwd.5 gm
Ginger garlic paste 20 gm
Salt 30 gm
Corriender powder 10 gm
Chopped onion 100 gm
Hung curd 100 gm
Oil 200 ml
Green chilly chopped 5 gm
Ginger chopped 5 gm
Chopped gr. Corriender 5 gm
Saffron 0.5 gm
Procedure Take a thick bottom handi and heat ghee in it.
After that add chopped onion, and stir it till it is brown. Add chicken leg b/l and hung curd.
Sauté it, add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilly, chopped ginger. Sauté it perfectly.
Add all brown paste, spices and saffron and little water. Cook it in sweet fire.
When chicken is cooked, take it out in the handi and strain to gravy by muslin cloth. After that add chicken again in gravy and heat it.
