Ingredients:
2 large Oranges (peeled & cubed)
1 Tomato (seeded & cubed)
½ Jalapeno Chili (minced)
½ cup Red Onion (minced)
1 tbsp fresh Cilantro (finely chopped)
1 tsp Orange Peel (grated)
1 tsp Ginger Root (minced)
1 tsp Garlic (minced)
Pinch of Salt
How to make Orange Salsa:Mix all the ingredients except cilantro in a large bowl.
Chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Garnish with cilantro.
Serve chilled.
