Ingredients
16 Ounce penny pasta
8 Ounce cream cheese
2 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp of minced garlic
1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup of chopped fresh oregano
1 Tomato
2 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
MethodBoil the water with little salt in it and add the penne pasta to it.
Cook it for about 8 to 10 minutes and let it drain.
Now put the oil in a saucepan and heat on medium heat.
Add garlic, basil, oregano, parsley, tomato, salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes. Add cream cheese, keep stirring till melted.
Toss with cooked pasta.
Savour the yummy penne pasta.
