Recipe: Pudina Chutney

Ingredients:

A bunch fresh mint
2 Cups full of fresh coriander leaves
5 green chillies
A small piece of ginger
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Salt to taste

Procedure:

Wash the mint and coriander leaves thoroughly in water.
Put green chillies, ginger, garlic and leaves in a mixer jar.
Grind it to make a smooth paste. You may add water if you think the paste is too thick.
Add lemon juice and salt and smoothly and stir well.
Pudina Chutney is ready to serve.
